They Pay Less Federal Income Tax

Though Federal Income Tax should not be confused with "taxes" in general, they are "progressive", and mean that the more money you make, the more you pay. However, tax cuts have been given to high earners for years, and they are now paying approximately half the rate they paid in 1980.
