Who?
Irene Rosenfeld is the CEO of Kraft Foods, the second largest food company in the world.

What?
It's highly unlikely you don't know Kraft. But even if the name itself doesn't ring a bell, brands like Cadbury and Oreos certainly will.

Why?
Rosenfeld was promoted to the CEO chair at Kraft in 2006, leaving behind a successful career at Pepsi Co. Under her reign Kraft has enjoyed a 43% growth in revenue, which would make any shareholder happy. She is also instrumental behind the move to split Kraft into two businesses that will spread its reach in both the food and snack industries. In short, she's doing one hell of a job.
